Since more than 12 years, Expert-IT has developed a deep expertise in the fields of object modeling, analysis and process management consulting and coaching.

 - Consulting: We will help you create and put in place best practices to organize your project in the most efficient way, from requirements gathering to the implementation. To achieve this, the Expert-IT team uses Ivar Jacobson's Essential Unified Process, based on practices coming from Agile methods, CMM and Unified Process, EssUP introduces a new way of working and interacting. Thanks to the projects completed, Expert-IT has gained solid skills in modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect (EA). Enterprise Architect is a visual modeling tool that may be tightly coupled with Eclipse or Visual Studio.

 - Coaching: Passion Driven, the Expert-IT team will collaborate with yours to transform your project into a success. Following the Consulting and Training phases, coaching will lead to a technical and deep understanding of process structure and modeling tools.
