Each Expert-IT consultant performs both analyst-designer or project manager, and also trainer activities. He will therefore be required to give regular training on new computer science technologies, according to his skills.


This mode of operation, of type "competences center", is contributing to the knowledge acquisition about the ICT tools and platforms. This competence is maintained both horizontally, in the context of course preparation and delivery, and vertically, for the specific needs of one project or the other. The 2 dimensions enrich each other.


In addition, the fundamental aspect of Expert-IT is communication. The knowledge and skills acquired by the expert are only relevant if the expert is able to transmit them.
